| 1) BRVC Registration-Email sent upon Reg confirmation ................REQUIRED |
| 2) Pioneer Registration Confirmation# ..............REQUIRED |
| 3) Player Medical Release |
| 4) $50 check or cash made to BRVC (non-refundable but will be applied to fees if athletes makes a team). |
5) Be ready to play: shorts (regular or spandex), kneepads, athletic shoes, water |

Athletes who have not registered with BRVC AND Pioneer prior to 11/19 will NOT be elligible to tryout. Tell your friends to be sure they are registered so that no one gets turned away.
